How much are classes?

We have many different membership options available. We recommend anyone interested in our programs take advantage of our free trial.  You can come try any level 1 class for free. Please just arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the class you would like to try.  Our full schedule is online.  The classes in red are our level 1 striking classes and include boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai.  The classes in blue are the level 1 grappling classes and include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, and wrestling.  After the week trial, there are several different payment options.  You can pay per class, per month, or discounted paid in full options.  We also have family memberships if anyone else in your family is interested in training.  When you come in for your week free trial, we can go over all of the different payment options.

Can females train?

Absolutely!  All of our classes are co-ed.  We encourage women to come in to get in shape and learn self defense.

Do I need to get in shape before coming in?

No, nothing will get you in shape for our classes like doing our classes will.  If you are interested in training, come now, and do not put it off.  All of our classes are self-paced.  If you need to take a moment to rest, you can.  Talk to the instructor and let them know how you are doing.

What do I need to do to start a FREE DAY PASS?

Find the class that you are interested in participating in and come in about 20 minutes before that class starts.  We will have you fill out a waiver, and then get you ready for class.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we have locker rooms and showers.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, we encourage you to bring a friend.  It helps to have a friend motivate you in the beginning when you are trying something new.  Friends and family are always welcome.

Do I need any previous training?

Not at all!  Our level 1 classes are beginner friendly.  We will partner you with one of our more experienced students that can help you through class and will coach you through the basic techniques.

Can anyone train there or is it only for fighters?

Most of our clientele is just looking to get in shape, have a different work out, and learn some basic self-defense moves.  You do not have to spar or compete.  If you decide to take it to the next level, we can also help you there.  We have members that compete in boxing, judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, and muay thai.

Do you offer one-on-one training?

Yes.  All of our instructors are available for privates and semi-privates.  You can set this up directly with the instructor of your choice.  Can't make the classes but want to come box twice a week?  We can set up boxing privates for you.  Want to help your high-school wrestler get a little extra mat time? Come in for some wrestling privates.  We have private lessons in boxing, wrestling, muay thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, kickboxing, muay thai, and general fitness.

Can I host an event at your facility?

Yes!  We are available for kids birthday parties, women's self-defense seminars, a private kickboxing class for your team at work, or anything else.  Let us know what kind of event you are interested in having and we can make it happen.
