Grace Dieb became Guy Mezger's 12th black belt on Sunday, May 17th. She had an incredible test and showed not only remarkable physical strength, but a tremendous amount of fortitude. We are very proud and honored to have her as part of our black belt team.

We are closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. There will be no classes. Have a safe and happy holiday. We are also going to be closed Sunday, June 7th. There will be no MMA Striking that day.
